Aaron oversees all aspects of Homeshield’s preservation services. On any given day, you will find him liaising with property owners, supervising staff from several different offices, evaluating and improving business procedures, revising or formulating policies and ensuring their implementation, and managing relationships with external partners and vendors. Aaron started his career with Homeshield as an entry-level employee, but was quickly promoted to account manager and to Director of Operations soon after. He is highly respected by his coworkers for his organizational and leadership abilities, communication, and people skills. Always a team leader, Aaron is knowledgeable, easy to collaborate with, fair, and passionate about his work.
