Avi oversees all operations across each of Homeshield’s divisions and service lines, guiding business strategy, organizational design, process improvement, workflow management, and employee development. Always strategic, Avi ensures that Homeshield’s operations and technology are efficient and scalable. Avi has an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois, a BS in Economics and Finance, a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Constellation Energy, and is a Western Golf Association Evans Scholar (Class of 2000). With an approachable, firm-but-kind leadership style, Avi values honesty and integrity, empathy and caring, stick-to-itiveness and ingenuity, and team members that support each other to focus on a task while creatively solving challenges internally and for our clients. When not in the office, Avi likes to raise chickens, play golf, collect all things orange, and donate time to mentor young entrepreneurs in the community through JET.
