Joe joined Homeshield in 2015 and rapidly climbed the ranks to become Director of Operations of the Construction Service Department. Under his leadership, the department has expanded productivity, introducing new game-changing processes that enable them to consistently stay one step ahead. Known by his colleagues for being extremely sharp and tech savvy, Joe developed an innovative app that expedites the home inspection process while ensuring efficient and accurate sharing of information between all parties. As a staunch believer in the power of teamwork, Joe facilitates effective communication between employees and cultivates a caring and friendly atmosphere in the workplace. On the personal side of things, Joe is a big NY Giants fan and enjoys photography and flying drones in his free time.
