2 Partners: One Dream
Partners Sam and Jordan founded Homeshield in 2008 with the mission to solve a growing problem for banks and owners: Property preservation companies were unresponsive to clients’ needs, inconsistent in quality and speed, inflexible in their schedules, and inaccessible when clients needed them most.
As experienced investors and owners themselves who had been frustrated with these issues for years, Sam and Jordan set out to revolutionize the REO industry by listening intently to the needs of their clients and treating every property as if it were their own.
