Renovate a Buy and Hold property to rent at an increased rate

The client wanted to revamp and refresh the home to have a fresh, clean look—but they were on a limited budget.

To add new life to the home while staying within budget, we kept the focus on the kitchen and bathroom. We replaced the old flooring in both rooms with fresh vinyl. In the kitchen, we installed white shaker cabinets and laminate countertops. In the bathroom, we installed a new tub with fiberglass surround, toilet, vanity, and accessories to make the bathroom contemporary and inviting. In addition, we replaced the HVAC and hot water heater was well.
