We were able to satisfy the client’s request by updating the home on an external level. We painted the entire home and removed all of the existing carpeting to reveal beautiful hardwood flooring underneath. In the kitchen, we made minor repairs to the existing cabinets, replaced the old handles, and installed new appliances. In the bathroom, we replaced the bathroom with tile floors and surround and installed a brand new tub and toilet. We also added lighting to the bedrooms to brighten the home while retaining the acoustic ceiling tiles.
