Sam manages our field employees and crews, liaises with clients and vendors, and oversees operations regarding all aspects of construction. Sam’s vast experience, which includes working with countless contractors, city officials and real estate agents, has given him a deep understanding of this industry. With the firm belief that it takes months to get a client but only seconds to lose one, Sam’s most important value is that the job gets done right the first time. He has previously managed upwards of 350 REO units and also has experience acquiring and repairing distressed properties to be rented or resold.
